Our Story
Two brothers. One standard: build it properly.
We’re Jorge and Eduardo—brothers from Bolivia, now building across London. Eduardo trained and worked as an architect back home and has wanted to build since he was a kid. Jorge runs the business side so the sites keep moving and the numbers stay clear.
Since arriving in the UK, we’ve focused on doing good work the right way: honest scopes, tidy sites, and finishes we’re proud to sign our names to. Eduardo leads design, detailing and quality on site; Jorge handles planning, schedules and client updates—so you always know what’s happening and when.
We’re a small team that turns up, communicates, and cares about the end result. If you want a straightforward build with people you can trust, that’s us.

How do quotes, payments and changes work?
You’ll get a fixed-scope, itemised quote. Payments are staged at agreed milestones. If you want to change something, we issue a quick written variation with cost/time impacts—approved by you before we proceed.
How long will the work take?
Typical timelines (scope-dependent):
- Loft conversion: 8–12 weeks
- Extension: 10–16 weeks
- Renovation: 2–8 weeks
- Driveway: 1–2 weeks
We agree a schedule up front with milestones and keep you updated daily/weekly.
Do I need planning permission?
Often not. Many lofts and some extensions fall under Permitted Development. We check your plans, advise on PD or planning, handle submissions if needed, and manage Party Wall notices where required. Building Control sign-off can be included.
Site Care
Safe, Tidy and Respectful Staff
We treat your home like it’s ours. Before work starts we protect floors, doors and key routes, then keep things clean and safe throughout.
Cleanliness: Weekly tidy and waste remove regularly
