Yes, we'll give you a fixed price and timeline based on the scope of your project.
Do I need planning permission?
This depends a lot on what you're looking to achieve and how you own your home. You can do a lot of loft conversions under permitted development. Get in touch and we'll determine what you need to complete your project.
Will an extension conversion add value?
On average extensions add 20% to a properties value. This changes a lot based on area, existing property size and similar factors but it is a safe bet that it will add value to your property.
