About Us
Two brothers. One standard: Build It Properly.
We’re Jorge and Eduardo—Bolivian brothers building across South London. Eduardo trained as an architect; Jorge runs delivery. Together we handle design & build from first sketch to sign-off.
We started this company to do things the right way—honest scopes, tidy sites and clear communication. You’ll get a fixed plan, regular updates and a finish we’re proud to stand behind. Most of our work is lofts, extensions, renovations and driveways across Lambeth, Wandsworth, Southwark and nearby.

Jorge and Eduardo run the company. With Eduardo handling the building while Jorge handles the business.
Around us is a tight crew of trusted trades. Carpenters, electricians, plumbers and decorators who work with us project after project.

Where do you cover?
We work across all of South London but do go further a field for larger jobs. We've done a lot of work in Clapham and Twickenham historically. A lot of our work has come from referrals so it tends to be in the same areas, we have done 3 jobs on one street in Clapham since the neighbours recommended us to each other.
How does your process work?
We start off by understanding what you're looking for from the project. From there we can advise about how to best get there. We can support you with every aspect of the process so you do not need to go it alone.
How did you get started?
Our first job was for an architect, after he saw our work worked with him on a lot of jobs which got us started. We still work with him from time to time but concentrate on our own work and our own clients now.
