Complete Flat Renovation. SW2 5UY. Richard

Richard had recently bought the top floor or a stunning victorian Terrace, the property had been unloved for some time, with damp issues and was in need to a complete renovation.

The client decided to remodel, making a stunning open plan kitchen dinning, living room, and increase the bedroom space by removing chimneys. At Construct Group Alpha, we worked with the client through every phase of the project.

I could not recommend the guys more, I'd gladly use them again. The neighbours down stairs were doing a renovation as well and they were so impressed by Jorge and the team tht they used them as-well - so did the neighbours next door.

The job meant complete renovation of the entire property including bathrooms, kitchen, re-plumbing and re-wiring, along with decoration to modernise the entire flat.

After we finished:

Once we'd completed the works, the flat has a modern open plan kitchen reception, modern appliances, lighting and insulation throughout. We kept some Victorian features and added modern touches like new lighting. The flat has gone from being a subprime rental to a stunning home.

Structural changes:

We opened out the original reception and a bedroom to create the space for the open plan living area. This required structural drawings, steel beams and party wall agreements, all of which we were able to take care of for the client.

Painting and decorating:

The client wanted a clean and simple finish and opted to go for a white through out, and let the furnishing stand out.

Kitchen fit:

The client got a custom kitchen, that we fitted for them.

The property had been unloved for some time and had issues with roof and damp proofing. We were able to seal all of the leaks ensuring a warm, dry home.
